Pinikpikan is a native chicken dish in the Cordilleras in the Philippines. Take note: this is not an ordinary dressed chicken. The chicken is slaughtered by beating with a stick (Animal Cruelty) and the blood is not removed from the chicken. I call this dish the "Killing me Softly". It's actually a different version of the more popular filipino dish Chicken Tinola.
